Support Workers / Carer Eastleigh Area

Working with our valued clients Herd Care are looking for support worker / carer in the Eastleigh area with a can-do attitude that can help and support others on a day to day bases, to make a difference in others lives.

Daily tasks could include:

• Serving food and helping them to eat if needed

• Talking/listening to service users to ease loneliness

• Recording information in care plans regarding the service users

• Support the individual needs and requirements

All you need is the following

• A current up to date DBS is preferred but we can assist with this if required

• Current valid training certificates are preferred but we can assist with this if required

• All applicants must have a checkable work history

• A minimum experience required, new carers also accepted

• Transport preferred but not essential as very good transport links

What you receive from us:

• Weekly pay PAYE

• All shifts available, days, nights, evening and weekend

• Uniform

• Ongoing work

• New carers will receive shadowing to understand the role
